I've always loved salvaged wood collages, and these pieces by New Zealand artist Richard Pearse are blowing my mind. According to the biography on his website, Richard currently lives in a shed in Patea, South Taranaki.

His pieces are meticulously cut and glued together using salvaged wood. I don't know about you, but I'm having a hard time choosing a favorite. I will add this to the list of reasons why I want a woodshop in my future home.
